End Time: Sun June 9, 2019 11:59 PHT
Impact The system will be completely offline during this maintenance. During this time:

  • UI is accessible but campaign set up is not allowed during this maintenance period.

Ignite operations resume on June 10, 2019.

Upgrade Highlights
  • Data migration from one server to another server.
  • Only live and active/running accounts, logins, contents, & campaigns will be migrated.
  • No message reports, customer data, and customer lists will be migrated. Please download all reports, lists, and relevant inactive data prior to May 27, 2019
