Job Overview
As the Business Development Manager manages you are the first point of contact a new potential client who is seeking information on the products and services that AdSpark provides. You are in charge of responding to requests for proposals, managing existing clients, and developing sales in existing or new markets. You will focus on building AdSpark’s A2P Bulk SMS product sales and expected to work both independently and as dedicated team players.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing and prioritizing business relations with existing and new direct clients
- Recommending available bulk SMS products plans or customized solutions which will contribute to sustaining and growing our business
- Monitoring revenue targets and identifying potential sources of new revenue
- Reaching A2P revenue targets through building long-term business relationships with key partners
- Contacting clients to establish rapport, arranging meetings and developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Manage multiple key accounts and monitor contracts
- Collaborate well with external and internal teams ensuring that all stakeholder goals are met
- Grow our A2P business by finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
