    • Finance: Closely works with finance to ensure profitability. Monitors group revenue, attribution, and billing.
    • HR: Supports all manpower related requirements.
    • Tech Delivery: Work with this team to create bespoke websites, apps, and other digital solutions
    • Advertising Agencies: Grow business and create strategic alliances (JBP) with both media and creative agencies.
    • Enterprise Accounts: Actively pursue and grow enterprise accounts to build the AOR business.
    • Business Organizations: Participate in advertising and business related organizations to build relationships, create new partnerships and promote AdSpark.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Account Manager

    As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our portfolio of partners for AdSpark Inc. businesses. You will liaise between partners and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives.

    • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to partners and clients.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
    • Preparation various reports surrounding the metrics of the sales: monthly and weekly sales results and account status reports.
    • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Team Lead – Digital Solutions Manager

    • Helps and manages team to meet sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
    • Supervise and support Digital Solutions Managers, Account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfaction
    • Manage and ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts progress for all project areas.

  • Social Media Analyst

    Analyst, analyze and translate social data into actionable engagement and business insights. The analyst will act as a thought-leader within the company, maturing the program to identify insights that will impact business decisions, from marketing to processes to products. The Analyst will design, conduct and deliver standard and custom social media reports. The Analyst dives deep into the data to uncover drivers of social buzz, then translates the data into a compelling story. The Analyst will be accountable for deciphering what is important, meaningful data and then communicating the concise story in a way that allows the business to make decisions based on the reports.

    • Cross-functional role in overseeing and analyzing data and recommending optimization tactics for Paid, Owned, and Earned media pillars.
    • Craft reports incorporating information (pertinent graphs and charts), insights, and recommendations for digestible consumption to campaign stakeholders (clients or internal members)
    • Platform support and implementation of tools used in creating reports for Paid, Owned, and Earned.
    • Provide support to internal members on technical requirements including tag management and implementation. This involves driving the digital analytic tag development process, supporting a tag management process, and expanding the tagging structure to provide accurate reporting.
    • Work with campaign management and account management teams: To ensure that all tagging specs/code are properly implemented, any new technologies being deployed are understood to ensure the integrity of the tag data being collected, campaign objectives, KPIs and reporting requirements are clearly aligned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • The community manager is responsible for managing and engaging with the brand’s (client) online community to build brand awareness and loyalty.

    • Lead and execute key Total Globe initiatives and deliverables eg. Total QBR reports, media / business reviews, case studies, Digital 101 sessions for key clients / stakeholders
    • Champion portfolio management by evaluating media investments and monitoring the fulfillment of media commitments / JBPs of the Client
    • Align resources, processes and technologies in support of business strategies across Globe BUs
    • Take ownership of BIC practices implementation, performance benchmarking for competitiveness

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Ideally you have 4-6 years’ experience in a digital media agency with emphasis of you work and time in the Search / Biddable space, or you have solid experience in digital roles working with other Senior Account Managers / Account Directors, and/or Marketing Directors / Marketing Managers on the client side
    • You have strong analytical skills and natural flair for numbers; You must be able to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed

    • Participates actively in client and campaign briefings c/o client or Digital Solutions Manager in order to develop a digital and mobile marketing strategy and media plan.
    • Presents ideas that will be integrated with the creative and communication strategy with the most relevant product and solutions from AdSpark’s advertising suite.
    • Coordinates and collaborates with Product Marketing for alignment on product priority and targets respectively.
    • Ensures a unified and cohesive communication strategy across different channels.

    • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Mobile Advertising, Media Planning, Buying and Analysis.

  • Campaign Manager

    The Campaign Manager will plan, execute and measure compelling digital campaigns that address the needs of our multi-channel client base. Also responsible for the negotiation and placement of all media for existing clients and new business. Will be involved in media research and strategy alignment for the overall media plan. Digital media campaigns range from search, display, social media, mobile and web development executions.

    • Manages digital campaigns ensuring that they meet Client objectives and excellent results.
    • Provides strategic guidance to Sales team on product usage, campaign setup, and performance expectations.
    • Works with the Sales team in developing integrated marketing solutions that directly address the clients’ needs/wants.
    • Liaises with the client on all aspects of their campaign to advise on and ensure successful delivery of all contractual components.

    • Ensures clients’ advertising budget is maximized, buys are cost-efficient and executions are aligned with the brand’s goals and objective.
    • Identifies opportunities in addition to regular digital and mobile marketing buys.
    • Collaborates with advertising agencies and clients in the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of marketing campaigns
