    The Business Integration Manager leads and executes key Total Globe initiatives to produce deliverables including Total QBR reports, case studies, and others. He or she:

    • Aligns resources, processes, and technologies to support business strategies across Globe business units;

    • Implements BIC practices and benchmarks performance to ensure competitiveness in the industry.

  • Digital Strategy Manager

    As a core member of the Strategy team, the Digital Strategy Manager is heavily involved in planning and directing AdSpark’s client campaigns. He or she:

    • Sets the creative direction of campaign briefs in terms of approach, channel and media usage, and data storytelling;

    • Develops white papers and case study reports in coordination with other stakeholders.

  • Campaign Manager

    The Campaign Manager plans, executes and measures compelling digital campaigns that address the needs of our clients across multiple channels. He or she:

    • Conducts media research and collaborates with existing clients and new businesses on strategic media placement for various campaign types, including search, display, social media, mobile, and web;

    • Manages existing media and ensures optimal campaign performance.

  • Digital Solutions Manager

    The Digital Solutions Manager analyzes clients’ needs and goals to develop relevant plans and packages under the AdSpark umbrella of digital solutions. He or she:

    • Works in close collaboration with advertising agencies and suppliers to plan and execute cost-effective campaigns for clients, in consideration of clients’ portfolios, target markets, and competition;
    • Actively generates leads and produces digital and mobile marketing campaigns to meet the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets;
    • Serves as a digital consultant for brands by facilitating discussions on digital media strategies;
    • Creates technical architecture, workflow and recommendations plans for digital campaign briefs and prepares media monitoring reports for executed campaigns.
    • Negotiates digital and mobile marketing solutions sales and other forms of creative executions.
